AUDITOR GENERAL OF ONTARIO LOGOThe Office of the Auditor General of Ontario sought to update its visual identity in 2005. Up until then, the Office had used the coat of arms of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario as its identifier.Over two months of work, the usual back and forth process resulted in this logo, which combines elements of the Ontario legislative building, an overseeing eye and a shining, sun-like light to symbolize the activities of the Office that include auditing the accounts and practices of Ontario government ministries and offices, and vetting all government advertising. What’s that typeface? It’s Charlotte Sans.
